of the Village of-North Tarry town, N« Y. upon the application of
Mr* D&amp;vld Rockefeller for a variance in the setback of a proposed
accessory building*

Estate was also present at the meeting to discuss the plans of
the proposed building*
After .a short discussion, Mrc Gollogly moved that Mr* David
Rockefellerfs application for a variance in the setback of a pro~
posed accessory building
on"property knoim as section 11, Block 18*

Lot lh, Residence B * District/ said setback at forty feet in lieu
of fifty feet as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance be granted*
Mr* Lopano seconded the motion. Carried Unanimously*
There being no further business to come before the Board*
Chairman•Gummlngs declared that the meeting be adjourned©
