Lopano jybfent Edward Koval Mr, Lester Sleinkofer, Superintendent of Pooantico Rills Estate was also present at the meeting to discuss the plans of the proposed building* After .a short discussion, Mrc Gollogly moved that Mr* David Rockefellerfs application for a variance in the setback of a pro~ posed accessory building on"property knoim as section 11, Block 18* 1 Lot lh, Residence B * District/ said setback at forty feet in lieu of fifty feet as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance be granted* Mr* Lopano seconded the motion.
