April 25, 1955 A Public Pleading was held hy the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y, on the application of John E* Foley and Myra B. Edward B„ Cummings, Chairman David Page Neil Gollogly Rutherford Stinard " Edward Koval Chairman Coamings called the meeting to order at 8;10 and read the Notice of Hearing* Mr* William Casey, attorney for Mr. and Mrs. Foley stated that there are two separate buildings on one parcel of land owned by a common owner for more than 35 years and that.it is now necessary that the. present owner disposes of the property* The owner cannot sell; both houses to one purchaser and so is selling one house to a Mr* John Koeka (house #13) and house #15 to Mr. Walter Maecabee. Sftie distance t>e%*?gen the two houses le 2»80 fto and side line restrictions, according to the Zoning Ordinance, is three feet* he said* Mr* C^sey stated that the owners would like to divide, the parcels so that the line goes'up through the center thereby making the side line 1*40 ft* on each pareel» He also stated that there would be no changes in the structure and by granting this variance, the Zoning Code would not be endangered* There being no further comment on:the matter, Mr0 Gollogly moved that the variance be granted.to John and Myra Foley according to petition and plans submitted, seconded by Mr, Page. Carried* There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Cusmings declared that the meeting be adjourned.
