A special meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of North Tarrytown x-ma held on the above date,

Chairman Gollogly called the meeting to order at 8:10 P.M.
and stated that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss and study
resoning of property east of the aqueduct which was referred to the
Zoning Board of Appeals by the Board of Trustees.
At this time. Chairman Gollogly welcomed two new members to the
Zoning Board, Messrs, Bene&amp;ict and Kcwalski and also expressed
sympathy to the family of Mr. James Fitspatrick who passed away on
June 21.
A lengthy discussion then followed regarding re&amp;oning the
property east of the aqueduct and the majority of the members present
were, in favor of the following:
1. Single family duelling
2. 10 ft. side lines, 30 ft, setback
3. Building lots 75 ft. in front, 100 ft. deep
4. Other requirements the sarue as Residence A District.
It was agreed to hold a Public Hearing on June 30 5 1955- at
8 P.M., to obtain the sentiment of the public.
There being no further business so come before the meeting
