application of Clark and Vicario Corp. for a permanent variance

read the notice of hearing*
Mr* Gollogly then asked if there tfss anyone present who &amp;ould
like to address the. Beard on the'variance*
Judge Abram Sadofgkyp representing Clark &amp; Vicarlo Corporation9
submitted"a plan end description of the property involved? ^© stated
that his client© specialise in the design of industrial- tnachinery and
that no manufacturing will be carried on by "there. If the variance. i©
granted9 said Judge SadofgkyB M a clients td.ll assusoe the responsibility
of seeing to it that their eperatiens s?ill not offend any ether
provision of the Zoning Ordinance nor violate1 the general harmony of
the surrounding neighborhood;
Mr, Clark added that the Corporation i© presently located in
BronKviile and that the reason for moving to the Hill Estate is for
additional space. The character ef the building will not be changed* he
said;
Mr« Edward Swaby, Spruce Street, inquired as to what permanent
variance covered and if it cciild'$e turned over to a nes?. 8&amp;ner in the
mvont Ci^rk &amp; Vieario Corporation move,
Counsel Powers stated that per&amp;aneat variance held only as long
as Clark &amp; Vicario held the property. However„ should the Corporation
move, then the new owner would have to apply for a variantice.
Counsel Fetters inquired of i&lt;£r. Clark if there v?ae sufficient
parking epaee. Mr* Clark informed him that there waa, but a driveway
might have to be jaade.

Following a short discussion, Mr. Kovsalski sieved, seconded by
Mr* Page, that the variance be granted to Clark &amp; Vicario Corporation
according to their application.
Carried.
