Mr* Robert 2&lt;Joore, attorney for lfc0 f&amp;rgotta explained in detail the
reasons for requesting the variance for her client and said the parking lot
tfoulti be black top surfaced i&amp;th a fence rail on Gordon Avenue and entrance
to the parking lot would be on Katrine Avenue. Capacity of the parking lot
would be 10 automobiles*
Kr B Henry Jaeobson. Gordon Avenue, opposed the ^rarianse and stated the"
parking lot teould be a step to'wards ecoimercializing a Residence B District0
Krs« Anderson, Gordon Avenue, opposed the construction of a parking lot 0
Mr, Whiting, 160 Katrina Avenue.* objected to the proposition and stated
his disappointment at the condition of refuse at'the rear of Eagles Clabo He
presented a photograph

that Kr« Margotta 'previously had epianitted himself to clean this property but had
failed to do 309 Kr* Whiting also presented a newspaper photograph of the lot
in question and said it should remain in its present state and not a parking lot*
