Dear Sir*
Please be advised, that after published notice and public
hearing, and due deliberation having been had, the Zoning Board
of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown have decided to grant
the variance requested by you at the public hearing held on
9/16/56, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth:
1. The property for which the variance is granted is
bounded and described as follows}
ALL those certain parcels and plots of land situate in the
Town of Mount Pleasant, County of Westchester and State of New Tork,
with the buildings and iwproveaenta thereon, if any, designated on
a certain amp entitled "Map of bobber Park, Tillage of North Tarry*
town", filed in the Office of the County Cirk of Westchester County
(Division of Land Records), on April 26th, 1924 as Map. Ko,2600,
as Lots 3*1, 3*0, 379, 37*, 423.
SAID parcels being listed in the List of Deliquent Taxes of
the Town of Mount Pleasant for 1946. (Index So. 2791-194*, County
Court, Vestchester County) under serial Bos* 4277* 427*, 4279, 4280,
42*1 and 4282, and being designated on the Tax Assessment Map of the
Town of Mount Pleasant as Section 17, Block 19, Lots 45, 46, 47, 4*
49.
2. The purpose for which the variance is granted is as
