Powers, Jr. Village Attorney The tneeting opened at 8:00 P.M., Chairman Gollogly read the not5.ce of hearing. Members discussed the var$.ous aspects of the code relative to the variance requested. £., Mr. Morabito explained that his living room was rather small; therefore, his living space requirements made it a necessity that ) he include the porch as part of his living quarters. / Rutherford Stinard moved that the variance be granted, seconded by Steve Benedict. Carried. Mr. Morabito was told that the Building Inspector would notify him to proceed with the alteration. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
