Meeting opened at 8:l5 P. M. to consider the request of Mary Verrone and
Perry Verrone for a variance to construct an addition to their garage at
Broadway and Lawrence Avenue, Village of North Tarrytown, New York.
Board Members present:
Neil Gollogly, Chairman
John Kowalski
Rutherford Stinnard
David Page
Perry,Jr.
Appearing for the applicant, Mr. Perry and 'fno other property owners or
parties appeared.

After some discussions, we the Zoning Board agreed

unajiiously that the variance be granted as requested,
Mr. Gollogly ask about the present foundations, has the building inspector
seen this job, has he any objections. The building will be lB'-O" high and
the type of construction masonry and cement block 8 X 8 X 18. Electric will
be installed and inspected, no additional Horsepower.

John Kowalski moved

and seconded by Rutherford Stinnard that the variance by granted.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P. M.'
