provisions of Section 9 (Setback requirement, Residence "B" Zone).

Petition read opposing signed by six (6) persons.
Anna Kavanagh, 146 Cortlandt St.
Theresa Esteves, 15 Holland Ave.
Emma Taxter, 7 Holland Ave.
Mrs. John O'Reilly, 2 Holland Ave.
Sophie Aaron, 49 Holland Ave.
Jean BoyIan, 5 Holland Ave.
James Vallo - "Needs to bring house closer to front property line
to avoid severe drop at rear of property. Drop starts approximately
30-33' back from front property line."
Board has previously awarded more than half dozen variances in
the area, said Mr. Vallo,
George BoyIan, 5 Holland Avenue, stated that the drop was not
that severe. Drop was steeper behind Kavanagh's..* * . Area has been
used for a pathway.
George Buonanno stated that this is the last house on the street.
No one lives to the east of Vallo's house.
James Vallo stated that his dwelling would not impair property
values, but would replace them.
Chairman Friere stated that the Board will examine the property.
