After duly published notice, a public hearing was held by the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y., on
the above date.

Chairman Friere called the hearing
read the following notice:

opened at 8:00 P.M. and

"PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
Village of North Tarrytown will hold a public hearing on March 21, 1962
at 8:00 P.M., in the Municipal Building, 28 Beekman Avenue, North
Tarrytown, N.Y., on the following request for a variance from the
provisions of Section 9 (Side Yards) subdivision (b) of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of North Tarrytown:
The request of Rocco and Marianna Arbitrio, 135 Depeyster Street,
for permission to construct a one story addition which will be a
part of the principal building within a point less than three (3) feet
of the easterly line of said property.
All taxpayers, residents and parties in interest are entitled to
appear and be heard at said hearing."
Chairman Friere asked if there was any opposition to the variance
requested.
No one opposing the variance, Mr. David Page moved, seconded by
Mr. John Kowalski that a variance to construct a one story addition to
a point within two (2) feet of the easterly line of property be granted
to Mr. Rocco Arbitrio on premises described as Section 16, Block 5,
Lot 31.
There being no further business to come before the hearing, Mr.
Page moved, seconded by Mr. Gross that the meeting be adjourned.Carried.
