After duly published notice, a public hearing was held by the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y., on
the above date.

Chairman Friere called the hearing opened at 8:00 P.M. and read
the following notice:
"PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village
of North Tarrytown will hold a public hearing on April 11, 1962, at
8:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 28 Beekman Avenue, North Tarrytown,
N.Y., on the following request for a variance from the provisions of
Section 9 (Front Yard) subdivision (b) of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of North Tarrytown:
The request of John Faragasso, 132 Cortlandt Street, for permission
to construct a one family residenge on premises known and designated as
Section 17, Block 23, Lots 47-48, within a point less than twenty (20)
feet of the front line of said property.
All taxpayers, residents and parties in interest are entitled to
appear and be heard at said hearing."
Chairman Friere asked if there was anyone present opposing the
variance requested.
No one opposing the variance, David Page moved, seconded by John
Gross that a variance to construct a one family dwelling to a point
within 15 feet of the front property line be granted to John Faragasso
on premises described as Section 17, Block 23, Lots 47-48. Carried.
There being no further business to come before the hearing,
David Page moved, seconded by John Gross that the same be duly adjourned.
Carried.
