1. The property for which the variance is granted is bounded and
described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Village of North Tarrytown, Town of Mount
Pleasant, Westchester County, New York, and bounded and
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of the premises hereby
conveyed and running thence in a southerly direction along
the east side of Washington Street,south two degrees thirty
minutes east (2° 30' E.) forty-two and fifty-three one
hundredths feet (42.53 feet) to the southwest corner of the
premises hereby conveyed; and running thence in an easterly
direction south eighty-seven degrees thirty minutes west
(87° 30' W.) ninety-six and thirty-two one hundredths feet
(96.32 feet) to lands now or formerly of one Nathan Rosenberg;
and running thence in a northerly direction
north no degrees

eighteen minutes twenty seconds (0° 18 20") east forty-two
and fifty-eight one hundredths feet (42.58 feet) to the
northeast corner of the premises hereby conveyed and running
thence in a Westerly direction south eighty-seven degrees
thirty minutes (87° 30') west ninety-eight and forty-one
hundredths (98.40 feet) to the point or place of beginning,
be the said several dimensions more or less.
Said premises being designated on the Tax Assessment Map of
the Village of North Tarrytown as Section 15, Block 13, Lot ID.
