buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Village of North Tarrytown, Town of Mount
Pleasant, Westchester County, New York, and bounded and
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of the premises hereby
conveyed and running thence in a southerly direction along
the east side of Washington Street,south two degrees thirty
minutes east (2° 30' E.) forty-two and fifty-three one
hundredths feet (42.53 feet) to the southwest corner of the
premises hereby conveyed; and running thence in an easterly
direction south eighty-seven degrees thirty minutes west
(87° 30' W.) ninety-six and thirty-two one hundredths feet
(96.32 feet) to lands now or formerly of one Nathan Rosenberg;
and running thence in a northerly direction
north no degrees

northeast corner of the premises hereby conveyed and running
thence in a Westerly direction south eighty-seven degrees
