After duly published notice, a.public hearing was held before
the Zoning Board of Appeals of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above
date.

Chairman Friere called.the'hearing {to order at 8:00 P.M. and
asked if there was anyone present who would"like to address the
Board on Mr. 8 Mrs, Floyd Variano's request for a variance from
Section 9, Subdivision B-Setback Building Lines- which shall be
set back ten feet from the front property line.
Mr. Gasparovic stated that as far as•the building;department
is concerned, there is no objection to the request.
No one appearing for or ./against the requested variance,
Rutherford Stinard'moved, seconded by John Gross that the
application of Floyd and Ann Variano for a variance from the
provisions of Section 9, Subdivision B-setback building linesto construct a one family dwelling which shall be set back ten
feet from the front property line on property known and designated
on the tax map of the Village of North Tarrytown as Section 17,
Block 20, Lots 1 and 2 on Katriha Avenue be granted. Carried.
There being no further business to come before the hearing,
Rutherford Stinard moved, seconded by John Gross that the same be
duly adjourned.
Carried.
