Present James Friere, Chairman David Page John Gross Pat Lupi David Jarema ; Sante J. Chessari, Counsel Applicants: Mr. 8 Mrs. Patrick Tornello Counsel Chessari read the notice of hearing published in the official newspaper of the Village, as follows: "PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown will hold a public hearing on the 25th day of March, 1965, at 8:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 28 Beekman Avenue, North Tarrytown, N.Y., to hear and consider an application by Patrick T. and Carol L. Tornello for a variance from the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Tarrytown to permit them to construct a one-family residence on property known and designated on the tax map of the Village of North Tarrytown as Section 17, Block 22, Lots 5-6 leaving a distance of twenty (20) feet to the rear lot line, instead of the required twenty-five (25) feet. All taxpayers, residents and parties in interest are entitled to appear and.be heard at said public hearing." Mr. Gasparovic stated that he received plans of the proposed dwelling and since the lot was very short, he advised the Tornellos to request a variance to construct the house within 20 fe«t of the rear property line. No other comment for or against the variance, John Gross moved, seconded by David Jarema 1:hat Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Tornello be permitted to construct a one family dwelling within twenty feet of the rear property line, instead of the required twenty-five feet. Carried. An application for a variance was received from Mrs. Marian Bushel, 155 Depeyster St., to build a one car garage for storage to her property line. Since no plans were submitted with the application, the Clerk was instructed to notify her of same before any consideration is given to her application. \ An application for a.variance was received from Adelard Mallet tQ construct a five car garage to his property line. Since no plans were received with the application, the Clerk was instructed to notify Mr. \ Mallet for same before any consideration is given to his application. : There being no further business to come before the hearing, Pat Lupi moved, seconded by John Gross that the same be duly adjourned.
