After duly published notice, a public hearing was held before
the Zoning Board of Appeals of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above date.

Present: Applicants-Mr. S Mrs. J. W. Kreuttner
Chairman James Friere called the hearing to order at 8 P.M.
The Clerk read the notice of hearing on application of Mr. S Mrs.
J, W. Kreuttner for a variance from Section 4.220-7-R-2 of the Zoning
' Ordinance to permit the applicants to subdivide premises located at
the southeast corner of Bellwood Avenue and Millard Avenue by reducing
the east-west depth of said premises from 200 ft. to 125 ft,, thereby;
reducing the distance of the rear lot line from the existing residence
thereon to 24.50 ft. instead of the required distance of 25 ft.
Mr. Gasparovic stateaithat the Planning Board would allow him to
re-subdivide his property provided that he obtained a variance from
the Zoning Board after he removed the rear vestibule of the existing
residence as well as the garage and driveway on the east side. The
new owner will have to build a garage and make provisions for a driveway for off-street parking, said Mr. Gasparovic.
Mr. Friere inquired of Mr. Gasparovic as to what provisions will
he make for setback requires, and was answered that he would have the
required footage.
Mr. John Gross moved, seconded by David Page that the application
of Joseph 6 Emily Kreuttner to subdivide premises located at the southeast corner of Bellwood Avenue and Millard Avenue, designated on the '
tax assess .ment map Village of North Tarrytown as Section 14, Block 18,
Lot 3 by reducing the east-west depth of said premises from 200 ft, to
125 ft., thereby reducing the distance of the rear lot line from the
existing residence thereon to 24.50 ft. instead of the required
distance of 25 ft, be and the same is hereby granted and approved,
provided that the present garage and the rear vestibule of the existing
residence be demolished and provided further that the front line set- :
back for construction of a new residence on the newly created lot be .
not less than 40 ft. so as to preserve the building line established
by adjacent residences. Carried,

Mr. Friere advised Mr. Kreuttner that these conditions be inserted
in his deed to the new owner and Mr, Kreuttner agreed to same*
No further business, John Gross moved, seconded by David Page that
the hearing be adjourned. Carried.
