Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y# on
the above date*

Counsel read notice of hearing to consider an application by
$avid Rockefeller for a variance from the zoning ordinance of the Village
of North Tarrytown to permit him to construct and erect a garage
facing Sleepy Hollow Road on the northerly portion of property known
4nd designated on the tax map of the Village as Section 11, Block 18,
£ot 1 leaving a distance of 15 feet to the front line of said property
instead
of the required 75 feet*

Following a thorough discussion among members of the Zoning Board,
including an examination and analysis of survey showing location of
garage and its distance from the front property line which survey
was submitted at the hearing, John Gross moved, seconded by Patrick,
Lupi that the application for a variance leaving a distance of 15 feet
from the front property line instead of 75 feet be granted. Carried.
