After duly published notice, a public hearing was held by the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, NY., on
the above date.

Applicant: Frank Zivica
Mr. James Friere called the meeting to order at 8 P.M.
Clerk Fallacaro read the notice of hearing to consider an
application of Frank B. 8 Helen Zivica for a variance from the
Zoning Ordinance to permit them to construct a one family residence
on property known and designated on tax map as Section 17, Block 23,
Lots H9,50,51 £ 53 leaving a distance of eighteen (18) feet from the
front line of said property to front of northeast corner of said
proposed residence instead of the required twenty (20) feet.
Mr. Gasparovic stated that several variances were granted to.
other property owners in the area and as far as the Building Department
is concerned, he would have no objection to the variance.
Mr. Pat Lupi moved, seconded by Mr. David Page that a variance
be granted to Frank £ Helen Zivica to construct and erect a one.
residence on property known and designated on the tax map of the
Village of North Tarrytown as Section 17, Block 23, Lots; 49,50,51 £
53 leaving a distance of eighteen (18) feet from the front of
northeast corner of said proposed residence instead of the required
twenty (20) feet.
