See Chairman Friere opened the hearing and requested Acting Clerk Chessari to read the Notice of Public Hearing, After examining and analyzing the Sketch submitted by applicant showing an existing ten inch concrete block wall only a few feet away from the proposed excavation for and construction of the east foundation wall of applicant's proposed residence, the Board found, as pointed out by applicant, that to require appliaaflt to comply with the present twenty (20) feet front line set back under the Zoning Ordinance woujd.create many serious and severs, building problems causing undue hardship during the course of construction as well as increasing costs thereof considerably. : After further discussion and deliberation by the members of this Board, on motion by John Gross, seconded by David Page, and unanimously carried: *•' Resolved: that applicant's request for a variance to permit them to construct and erect a one family residence on property known as Section 17, Block 4, Lot 8A, leaving a distance of seventeen (17) feet from the front line of said property, instead of the required twenty (20) feet be and the same is hereby approved and granted.
