After duly published notice, a public hearing was held before
the Zoning Board of Appeals of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above
date.

Chairman Friere called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
Counsel Chessari read the notice of hearing to consider an
application by Andrew Avellino, owner of premises known and designated
on the tax map of the Village of North Tarrytown as Section 16, Block 5,
Lot 1, and also known by the street number 110 Beekman Avenue, for a
variance from the Zoni ng Ordinance for approval and to permit FEZ
Accessories, Inc., les see of the second floor area thereof, temporary
occupancy and use of said second floor area for the partial manufacture
of Ladies1 Millinery s ubject to the provisions, terms and conditions
required by Section 62 -40 Subdivision D-Temporary Uses-of said Zoning
Ordinance.
Mr. Gasparovic stated that^under Sec. 62-40-Subdiv. D, the
Zoning Board of Appeals can grant variance for use requested by
applicant, but for only 12 months and may, upon application, be
renewed for another 12 months only.
Following a discussion, David Page, seconded by Pat Lupi that
a variance be granted on; application"? of Andrew Avellino to permit FEZ
Accessories, Inc., temporary occupancy and use of said second floor
area for the partial manufacture of Ladies• Millinery subject to the
provisions, terms and conditions required by Section 62-40, Subdivision DTemporary Uses, on a 12 month period commencing September 1, 1967 September 1, 1968.
Carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come Before the meeting,
Pat Lupi moved, seconded by David Page that the same be duly adjourned.
