December 21, 1967 ^0 After duly published notice, a public hearing was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of Morth Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above date. Present James Friere, Chairman David Page Dr. Brady Edward Swaby Anthony Sasparovic, Bldg. Inspector Sante J. Chessari, Counsel Absent Applicants: Pat Lupi Salvatore G. Donzella arid Yetta Donzella, his wife. Chairman Friere appointed S. J. Chessari as Acting Secretary and then declared the hearing open. Acting Secretary Chessari read the public notice of hearing which had been printed in the Tarrytown Daily News on December 11, 1967. A. Gasparovic explained to the members of the Board that Mr. Donzella had applied for a building permit for/the construction of a one family, residence on his property at the southwest corner of Hudson Terrace and Bedford Road, No. Tarrytown, N.Y. Since the plot plan.submitted by Mr. Donzella for the construction of said residence showed that the.front yard"requirements of the Zoning Ordinance would be violated, Mr. Donzella's request for a building permit was denied. Mr. Gasparovic informedMr. Donzella that in order to construct said residence, he would have to obtain approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals of a variance of seven ;(7) feet;from the front line of his property, thereby leaving a distance of thirteen (13). feet to the^front line of his property instead of the required distance of twenty (20) feet. Whereupon application for such above described variance was filed by Mr. Donzella. Mo one appeared in opposition to Mr. Donzella's application. After a thorough discussion analysis and review by the members of the Board, including examination of:applicants' plot plan and other related documents filedwith the said application, Dr. Brady moved, seconded by David Page and unanimously carried: Resolved: that application of Salvatore G. Donzella is approved and variance granted in the manner above described. Sante J.
