November 27, 1968 After published notice, a public heading was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above date. Present Abaent Applicants present: James Friere, Chairman Dr. William Brady Edward Swaby Anthony Gasparovie, Bldg. Insp. Sante J. Chessari, Counsel Pat Lupi David Page Salvatore G. and Ellen Donzella Hearing declared open by Chairman Friere. Acting Secretary Chessari read notice of hearing which had been published in Tarrytown Daily News on November 16, 1968. Mr. Gasparovie submitted applicant's survey and explained to the Board the basis of applicant's application for a variance of seven (7) feet from the northwest corner of the foundation wall to the rear yard line of applicant's property designated on the Tax Assessment Map as Section 17, Block 12, Lot 8A, instead of the required distance of 25 feet. 'Applicant also presented to the Board his reasons for requesting such variance as outlined in his application submitted to the Board, dated November 4, 1968. No one appearing in opposition to the requested variance, Chairman Friere declared the hearing closed. After a careful analysis and discussion by the Board of the facts upon?which applicant based his request for the variance above described, and after deliberation, Dr. Brady moved, seconded by Mr. Swaby and unanimously carried, that the application of-Salvatore G. Donzella for a rear;yard variance of seven (7) feet as outlined in such application be ne and t same is in all respects granted and approved.
