A meeting was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above date.

Mr. Friere stated that the purpose of the meeting was to make
a decision on Daniel Matarasso's request for a variance which was
held on July 31, 1973.
Following a discussion, James Margotta moved, seconded by
Thomas Connelly that Mr. Matarasso's request 'fpr. a variance to
extend and rebuild an existing porch with an enclosed bottom and
an allowance of one additional foot from the side yard "requirements
be granted. The maximum width of the porch should be no more than
four feet. (Overall total of three feet from the side yard
requirement of ten feet.)
Carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting,
James Margotta moved, seconded by Thomas Connelly that the same
be duly adjourned.
Carried.
