Zoning Board of Appeals
The Board met informally at the Paolantonio property. Messrs,
Goudreau and Losierfs walls were inspected from Mr, Paolantonio1s
property with an extended invitation from Mr.Paolantonio^ neighbors.
The sites were viewed from North Street and from Sleepy Hollow
Road.

During this visit, Mr, Poli invited the Board on to his

property.
The Board returned to the Village Hall and in Executive
Session, decided that this Board was not qualified to determine
wheyther the retaining walls were safe. This allegation was made
by Mrs. Paolantonio at the meeting held on Thursday, January 24, 1974,
The Chairman polled the present Board and the vote was unanimous
to select an outside engineering firm.

The Charles H. Sells, Inc.

was recommended due to their prior experience.
Present were: J, Friere, T. Connelly, J. Arcate and J. Margotta.

These minutes have been filed as of Thursday, April 4, 1974 and
are a true record of'whatttranspired on the date of January 26, 1974.
