June 16, 1975 s\ JO ' A meeting was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y, on the above date. Present James Friere, Chairman Peter Esteban James Margotta Edward Swaby John Arcate David J. Whelan, Counsel Chairman Friere called the meeting to "order at 7:30 P.M. and stated that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the KFC Franchise North Tarrytown. Following a discussion, James Margotta moved, seconded by Peter Esteban that a restaurant be allowed in the CI zone. Chairman Friere polled the Board as follows: Arcate Swaby - No - No Esteban - No Friere - No Margotta - Yes Motion not carried. James Friere moved, seconded by John Arcate that the following decision of the Zoning Board be adopted: (See attached) Motion carried while James Margotta voted No. No further business to come before the meeting, the same was duly adjourned.
