A hearing was held on November 18, 1976; Present James Friere, Chairman John Arcate James Margbtta Edward;Swaby Peter Esteban Joseph Jelenek, Bldg, Insp, After due deliberation, James Margbtta moved, •, seconded by Peter Esteban that theimmaculate Conception Church be granted a variance to install a parking7 lot at 20 Depeyster Street and for a variance from the provisions of Article V,/Section 62, subsection m - B - 1 and 14-B-2,-paragraph 14-D-2 and 14-D-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of;North Tarrytown,' with the"condition that the lights not be directed toward;the:residentsTbf-the neighborhood, on .property known on Tax Assessment Map.of the Village of North Tarrytown as Section 16, Block 15, Lot 3 and 4.
