July 10, 1978 A meeting was held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above date. Present James Friere, Chairman Morton Linzer E dwar d Swab y John Arcate James Margotta, Members Robert J. Ponzirii, Counsel The meeting was called to order by Chairman Friere at 8:00"P.M. Building Inspector Page read the minutes of the previous meeting of May 1978 and was approved by the Board. Mr. Margotta asked if Mallory had come up with any alternative to their previous request. Mr. Page answered, "He had not received any. Mr. Linzer, remarked a fence had been built. Mr. Fehling of Mallory explained, this was a sample fence to show what a chain link fence with strips inserted would look like. Photos of;the fence|were exhibited to members of the Board. Mr.Linzer inquired'if the intent: ion of Mallory was to erect a similar fence. Mr. FeHling replied, "Three sewer lines come together in this area making other methods not feasible. Joseph Schwer, 95 Beekman Avenue asked if any danger existedffrom shrapnel or other debris from this tank existed. Mr. Fehling replied this tank meets all O.S.H.A. safety requirements and these tanks must be tested in the same manner. Margotta asked if it was true that an increase in HelitmV would increase the amount of Lithium on premises. Fehling "answered, "This would be a bulk purchase of Helium and Mallory Battery Co. would be saving money. Discussions from MargottaV Arcate and Linzer, re: Tank being permanent arid is tank a structure?
