�MINUTES OF THE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS - SEPT 8, 1988
VILLAGE OF NORTH TARRYTOWN, NEW YORK
PRESENT:

Frank Paolontoriio, Ray Dool, Stephen Maceyak,
Aldo Ceconi, Vincent Buonanno, John Cappello.

Also Present:

James Margotta, Building Inspector, John J. Hughes,
Village Attorney.

The Board met at 7:30 p.m. to vote on a new Chairman.
Stephen Maceyak was voted Chairman and Aldo Ceconi was
voted Vice-Chairman. The vote was unanimous.
Chairman Stephen Maceyak called the meeting to order at
8:00 p.m. Village Attorney John Hughes corrected the minutes
from the previous meeting on May 26, 1988 and the minutes
were approved unanimously.
1.

Patricia Damin, 14 Dell Street, No. Tarrytown, NY

Stephen Maceyak, Chairman, asked Ms. Damin for the receipts from
the certified letters she was required to send out to notify her
neighbors. Ms. Damin said she did not know where they were. The
Board had to postpone this matter to the next meeting, as
the board has no jurisdiction without proof of service.
A public notice will have to be put in the paper again.
2.

Miscellanous

A discussion ensued about when the next meeting will be held
and about the course offered by Westchester Municipal Federation
on Zoning, which is being held on October 6, 1988 in the
White Plains Public Library at 7:30 p.m.. Aldo Ceconi moved
to give the Secretary the application to send in for all
the Zoning Board members to attend this meeting. The motion
was passed unanimously.
Frank Paolontonio moved to adjourn.
