A regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held on Thursday, October
15,1997 at 8:00 PM in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York
Present:

Robert Anello, Chairman
Eliot Martone
Linda Moiron
James Timinings, HI
Miguel Jimenez

Also Present: James Margotta, Building Inspector
Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney
Absent:

Angelo LoMascolo

Mr. &amp; Mrs. Frank Benuscak, 17 Lawrence Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York
The Village Attorney read the public notice. Mr. and Mrs. Benuscak represented
themselves in the matter. Mr. Benuscak explained the purpose to construct a new
porch and to enclose the existing porch.
There were no public comments.
Mr. Jimenez moved, second by Mr. Martone to close the public comments, carried.
Mr. Jimenez moved to grant the variances, second by Ms. Moiron, motion carried
unanimously.
Lawrence Lenihan, 457 Bellwood Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York
The Village Attorney read the public notice. Mr. Lenihan represented himself in
this matter. Mr. Lenihan explained the need to erect the addition.
There were no public comments.
Mr. Jimenez moved to grant the variance, second by Ms. Moiron, motion carried
unanimously.
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Jimenez moved, second by Ms. Moiron to approve the minutes of August 28,
1997 , as amended, motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
