ZONING BOARD MEETING
February 21, 2001
The meeting was called to order by Peter Kofiler, Acting Chairman at 8:10 p.m.

a) Jose Gonzalez The Chairman asked if the returns were received.
Jim Margotta responded yes.
The Chairman read the public notice aloud.
The Chair acknowledged

Proposed site plan

Building Inspector letter denying the building permit.

John Tumquist is the project architect. He summarized the proposed project. He detailed
the changes to the living room, dining room and kitchen areas.
Jose Gonzalez spoke. He stated that the house is currently not large enough to
accommodate his family.
The Chair opened the public hearing.

�Since there was no response, John Moribito made a motion to close the public hearing.
Jim Galgano seconded. It was unanimous.
The Chair asked if there are any current variances on this property.
John Turnquist responded that the lot is non-conforming.
John Moribito stated that he has no objections with the application.
Linda Moiron asked if any additional parking was required due to the additions.
Jim Margotta responded not for a 2-family dwelling.
John Moribito made a motion to approve. Jim Galgano seconded. It was unanimous.
Other Topics:
The minutes from the November 2000 were reviewed and unanimously approved as
submitted.
The minutes from January 2001 were not available. They will be reviewed at the next
meeting.
John Moribito made a motion to adjourn. Miguel Jiminez seconded. It was unanimous.
Adjourned at 8:20 p.m. to next meeting.
