Announcements: None 1) Amanda Linhart, 55 Fremont Road - Public Hearing on a covered porch addition. Architect Amanda Linhart represented herself. The project is to add a covered porch at 55 Fremont Road. Ms. Linhart said that the project will add curb appeal and will enhance the heavily used front yard area. Chairman Koffler asked about the landscaping plan and how the steps will be configured. Ms. Linhart responded. Public comments were waived, since no one was in attendance. Ms. Linhart submitted a letter of support from her neighbor (attached). There were no comments from the Board. Chairman Koffler said that the project requires only a small variance, is not out of character with the neighborhood and there have been no public comments against the project.
