Landi Inc. of Hawthorne, New York with a bid amount of $475,500, and Whereas, all bids have been reviewed by Hahn Engineering who determined this bid to be acceptable and has recommended its approval; and Whereas, This project will be funded through a State and Municipal Facilities Grant (SAM Grant #19404) and a Department of Environmental Conservation Hudson River Estuary Grant (Contract C00982GG); NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees herein awards the bid for the Pocantico River and Devries Park Improvement Project to Peter J. Landi Inc. of Hawthorne, New York with a bid amount of $475,500.
