NORTH TARRYTOWN, N.Y. September 14,1981 SPECIAL MEETING /CL A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Tarrytown was held on September 14th, 1981. PRESENT: Philip E. Zegarelli, Mayor ABSENT: Peter Soriano, Mario DiFelice, Thomas Cavalieri, Margaret White, James J. Timmings, Trustees Janet Gandolfo, Trustee <W / Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order and stated that the purpose of the meeting was to open bids on the Road Improvement Program for 1981. Treasurer Amato opened the following bids: 1. Nigro Brothers, Inc., of Mt. Vernon, N.Y. bid as follows: Hemlock Drive $15,493.00 Fremont Road 39,907.50 Gesner Place 14,800.00 Pleasant Street 10,243.60 Beekman Avenue 11,187.00 Dell Street 21,060.00 Total $112,691.10 Bid check in the amount of $2,000.00 enclosed. 2. County Asphalt Inc. of Tarrytown, N.Y. bid as follows Hemlock Drive $12,960.00 Fremont Road 36,545.00 Gesner Place 12,785.00 Pleasant Street 8,585.00 Beekman Avenue 9 ,370.00 Dell Street 18,310.00 Total ' of$98,555.00 Bid check in the amount $2,000.00 enclosed. Upon motion duly made and seconded the bids were referred to the Board as whole for study. Trustee DiFelice moved, seconded by Trustee White that the meeting be adjourned. Carried.
