Present —: • Absent Philip E. Zegarelli, Mayor James J. Timmings Janet Gandolfo Peter Soriano Thomas J. Cavalieri Margaret White, Trustees Mario DiFelice, Trustee Robert J. Ponzini, Counsel Meeting called to order by Mayor Zegarelli who stated that the purpose was to pass a resolution to award the road paving work. Trustee Soriano moved to award the contract to County Asphalt, In per unit pricing as specified by our Consulting Engineer Gus Paese in his memorandum of September 16, 1981 and I recommend that the Supt. of Public Works be contacted before any project starts and the Village be represented by a person to sign for all material deliver*les so we can keep a check on the units delivered to check against bid, seconded by Trustee Timmings, Carried. There being no further business to come before the meeting, Trustee White moved, seconded by Trustee Timmings that the same be duly adjourned. Carried.
