Each year, the group advises the County Executive, through the Planning Department staff, on the programs and priorities contained in the application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. At full complement, CDAG consists of members from each participating municipality who each serve a term of at least one year, are appointed by the chief elected official, and representatives from several consortium-wide non-profit agencies. CDAG meets several times a year. Now Therefore Be It Resolved the Mayor of the Village of Sleepy Hollow appoints Carlos Figueiredo of Depeyster Street in Sleepy Hollow, to the CDAG effective June 1, 2024. Moved: Trustee Sheeran Absent: Trustee Rodriguez Seconded: Trustee Connell Vote: 6-0 ���������������������������Meeting Date: 05/28/2024 Resolution #: 05/108/2024 Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing Execution of an IMA between the Village of Sleepy Hollow and the County of Westchester for Summer Youth Employment Program WHEREAS, the Village Board is desirous of entering into an inter-municipal agreement with the Westchester County to participant in the County’s Summer Youth Employment Program; and WHEREAS, the Village will receive $5,000 from the County to participate in this program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is herein authorized to execute the attached Inter-Municipal Agreement with the County of Westchester to participant in the County’s Summer Youth Employment Program subject to the approval by the Village Attorney.
