Now, Be it Resolved, the Board of Trustees hereby confirms the Mayor’s appointment and the Building Inspector’s recommendation of Mary Anne Clampitt to the position of Assistant Building Inspector, effective September 4, 2024 at an annual salary of $90,000.00, and all other terms and conditions of employment should apply per the Village’s contractual agreement with Local 456; International Brotherhood of Teamsters (The Union), and Be it further Resolved said appointment is subject to the approval of the Westchester County Department of Human Resources and a probationary period of twelve to fifty two weeks, and Moved: Trustee Rodriguez Absent: Mayor Rutyna Seconded: Trustee Husselbee Vote: 6-0 ����Meeting Date: 09/10/2024 Resolution #: 09/200/2024 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES APPROVING STIPEND FOR EMPLOYEE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby ratifies the terms negotiated with Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters (White Collar Unit) for a $5,000 stipend to be paid to Robert Bischof, assistant building inspector for on-call Building Department emergency work. This stipend will be paid in lieu of contractual overtime.
