https://sleepyhollow.localarchives.org/files/original/787adc9a6f5bb3245538923b2f0485b6.pdf 300f892871cc40dfb65ae974553ac706 PDF Text Text Meeting Date: 09/24/2024 Resolution #: 09/202/2024 Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Confirming Mayor’s Appointment of Intermediate Account Clerk Whereas there is a need for an Intermediate Account Clerk to assist in the Finance Department due to an increased workload, and Whereas the Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer and Administrator have conducted interviews and are recommended that Jinso Thomas be appointed to this position at an annual salary of $55,000, Now, therefore be it Resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby confirm the Mayor’s appointment of Jinso Thomas of Yonkers, NY, to a full-time position of Intermediate Account Clerk in the Finance Department, from Civil Service Eligible List #02-201 effective September 25, 2024 at an annual salary of $55,000 and all other terms and conditions of employment shall apply per the White-Collar Teamster’s contract “the union” and the Village’s personnel manual, and Be It Further Resolved, said appointment is subject to the approval by the Westchester County Department of Human Resources and a probationary period of 12 to 52 weeks, and Be it Further Resolved, said position will be under the general direction and supervision of the Village Treasurer.
