RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON A LOCAL LAW
AMENDING AND RE-CODIFYING SECTIONS 400-76, 400-77, 40078 &amp; 400-79 REGARDING TOWING, REMOVAL &amp; STORAGE OF
VEHICLES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow that
a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as
such hearing may be called thereafter, at the Sleepy Hollow Village Hall, 28 Beekman
Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York, 10591, on the proposed Local Law entitled “A LOCAL
LAW AMENDING AND RE-CODIFYING SECTIONS 400-76, 400-77, 400-78 &amp;
400-79 REGARDING TOWING, REMOVAL &amp; STORAGE OF VEHICLES;” and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk shall give due notice of this public
hearing in accordance with the Village Code and the provisions of the Municipal Home
Rule Law of the State of New York.

Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing Change Orders for the
Downtown Pipe Relining Project
Whereas, the Village of Sleepy Hollow has entered into a construction contract with J.
Fletcher Creamer &amp; Son for the Downtown Pipe Relining Project: and
Whereas, the construction contract for this work now requires approval of Change
Orders; and
Whereas, Dolph Rotfeld Engineering, the Village’s Consulting Engineer for this project,
has recommended the attached change orders be approved; and
Whereas, the costs of these change orders will not exceed $100,000.00.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Board of Trustees herein authorizes the
administrator to execute the attached change orders for the Downtown Pipe Relining
Project; and
Be It Further Resolved that the Village Treasurer will adjust the project budget to
reflect an increase of $100,000.00
