Moved: Deputy Mayor Scaglione Seconded: Trustee Andruss Absent: Trustee Rodriguez, Trustee Sheeran Vote: 5-0 ���Meeting Date: 10/08/2024 Resolution #: 10/220/2024 Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing Change Orders for the Downtown Pipe Relining Project Whereas, the Village of Sleepy Hollow has entered into a construction contract with J. Fletcher Creamer & Son for the Downtown Pipe Relining Project: and Whereas, the construction contract for this work now requires approval of Change Orders; and Whereas, Dolph Rotfeld Engineering, the Village’s Consulting Engineer for this project, has recommended the attached change orders be approved; and Whereas, the costs of these change orders will not exceed $100,000.00.
