Section 450-60 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled “Continuation” is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety as annexed hereto. Section 2. Section 450-61 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled “Repair or reconstruction” is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety as annexed hereto. Section 3. Section 450-62 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled “Alteration or extension” is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety as annexed hereto. Section 4. Section 450-63 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled “Construction under permit granted prior to passage” is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety as annexed hereto. Section 5. Section 450-64 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled “Changes in or discontinuance of use” is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety as annexed hereto. Section 6. The invalidity of any word, section, clause, paragraph sentence, part, or provision of this local law shall not affect the validity of any part of this local law which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts. Section 7. the Secretary of State. This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing in the Office of Commented [A1]: Currently - these sections do not have suggested changes in them. If changes are suggested, we can keep them.
