The first installment may be paid without penalty from June 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. The second installment may be paid without penalty through December 31, 2024. Penalties are 5% for the month of July with each month thereafter at a rate established annually by the State Tax Commissioner. On the second installment, penalties are 5% for the month of January with each month thereafter at the State established rate. All penalties apply to a month or any fraction thereof. Permits are sold for a 12-month period (June to May), or on a pro-rated basis for non-renewals at a rate of $50/month for all lots.
