PRESENT Philip E. Zegarelli, Mayor Stephen Maceyak, Janet Gandolfo, Peter Soriano, Joseph Lofaro, Mario DiFelice, Emanuel Lobato, Trustees Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 10A.M. and stated that the purpose of the meeting was to authorize the Village Treasurer to make the following transfers: Trustee Gandolfo moved, seconded by Trustee Soriano that the following transfers be authorized: From: A1990.4-Contingency Fund $10,866.04 To: A1110.1 A1210.4 A1670. Carried. There being no further business to come before the meeting, Trustee Soriano moved, seconded by Trustee Gandolfo that the same be duly adjourned.
