Present: Richard Weiss, Chairman RaJphGundennan /Lfy] £jd\^&—^—C^>" i ^ ^ J [ George Lence Absent: f /£/c) Donald Stever Terence McGlynn Doug Maass Also Present: Bob Stiloski (Director, Department of Fire and Life Safety) Anthony DelVecchio (Recording Secretary) Announcements: The Chair read a letter from George Tanner, Parking Authority Chairman stating that parking rules will be suspended in the immediate area around Village Hall for any Village meeting. Bob Stiloski stated that this is a temporary solution until Tornello Citgo completes paving repairs to his property. Once repairs are completed, Village board members would be allowed to park at the gas station with a permit. Agenda: 1) Gaps in the LWRP coverage 2) CFF Reality 1) Gaps in the LWRP coverage The Chair spoke SEQRA type II actions that are not required to come before the Committee. He spoke about renovations to Pokahoe house as an example. He spoke about the fact that it is being renovated and it is not coming before the Committee although it has been designated by the Village as a local historic landmark. He stated that the property has already been sub-divided so that also would not come before the Committee. Bob Stiloski responded that the sub-division is still in question. The Chair stated that recommendations should be made to the Village Trustees concerning SEQRA type II actions that should be brought before the Committee for LWRP consistency reviews. The Committee reviewed the list of SEQRA type II actions. ^ �The Committee discussed several policies in the LWRP for relevant examples. There was an open discussion as to whether or not this would bring many unnecessary applications before the Committee. It was agreed that the Village Attorney should be consulted. The Chair stated that he would contact the Village Attorney. 2) CFF Reality The Committee looked over the submitted materials. Since nobody was present to represent the applicant, no action was taken. Ralph Gunderman made a motion to adjourn. George Lence seconded. It was unanimous (4-0). Adjourned at 8:31 PM to next meeting.
