that the purpose of the meeting was to authorize the Village Treasurer to

submitted on the General Fund Warrant dated May 27th, 1982 be paid after
approval by Department Heads and that the Treasurer be authorized to pay
same. Carried.
Trustee Buonanno reported a Cash Balance as of May 31st, 1983
of $700,805.59 which includes Certificate of Deposits in the amount of
$500,000. and estimated revenues to be encumbered- He reported estimates
of a portion of the encumbrances as follows: N.Y.S. Retirement System in
the amount of $271,590. maps for the Assessor-$3,000. Legal Fees-$10,000.)
Fire Alarm System-$4,500. Christmas Lite timers-$3,800. Yaboo Fencing-$4,61
Westchester County-Dump Tickets-$7,000. C.S.E.A. Reserve $40,000. Budgeted
Surplus-1983-84 Budget-$132,654. Misc. Encurabrances-$20,000. Outstanding
Purchase Orders-$49,313.73.
After a discussion Trustee Maceyak moved, seconded by Trustee
Buonanno that the Street Light Maintenance Bid be awarded to Edward
McCarthy, Andrews Lane, North Tarrytown, N.Y- in the amount of $6,970.
for the period June 1st, 1983 to May 31st, 1984Mayor Zegarelli asked if there was anyone present who would like
to address the Board.

Mrs.. Constance Homolya, Hudson Terrace asked if she could read a
statement, and proceeded to do so. She stated that the election was over,
th,W Board should put politics aside and also she was ;very distressed about

the amount of money being spent on legal fees. She also stated that the
members of the Board should use their precious time on affairs of the
village rather than arguing like children.

Trustee Timmings reported that he had received complaints about
the "sign" recently posted on the traffic light at the entrance to Webber
Park.and the matter was referred to the Street Department.
Trustee Lobato and Mayor Zegarelli reported they had received
numerous complaints about the steps at the end of Harwood Avenue. Trustee
Maceyak reported he would investigate the matter.

Buonanno moved, seconded by Trustee Lofaro that the same be duly adjourned*
