Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 12 noon for
the purpose of adopting the 1986 Assessment Roll.
Trustee Timmings moved, seconded by Trustee Galgano that
the 1986 Assessment Roll setting forth a total subject to taxation
in the amount of $40,683,591.00 be accepted, and that in connection
with Counsel Ponzini's memo of March 26, 1985 regarding tax grievances,
the following be adopted:

low bidder be authorized to proceed on the police desk construction
with final approval on award on April 22, 1985.

Village support the letter received from Westchester County's
position on the sales tax proposal.

Trustee Timmings moved, seconded by Trustee Galgano that the
meeting be adjourned.
Carried.
