of North Tarrytown on the above date.

Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 8:10 P.M. for
the purpose of adopting the 1986 Assessment Roll.
Trustee Salman moved, seconded by Trustee Williams that the
1986 Assessment Roll setting forth a total subject to taxation in
the amount of $21,208,011.00 be accepted and that the all previous
requests for reduction on February 18, 1986 be denied except the
following which were granted:

Trustee Salman moved, seconded by Trustee Williams that the
meeting be adjourned.
