March 31, 1987 ^jTd A special meeting was held before the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Tarrytown on the above date to adopt the Assessment Roll. PRESENT: Philip E. Zegarelli, Mayor Arthur Ceconi Steven Salman James J. Timmings Allen T. Williams, Trustees ABSENT: ALSO ABSENT: Susan Galgano Frank Mangieri, Trustees Robert J. Ponzini, Counsel R. Tom Homan, Administrator Trustee Timmings moved, seconded by Trustee Ceconi that the 1987 Assessment Roll setting forth a total subject to taxation in the amount of $21,523,128. be accepted and that the all previous requests for reduction in assessments on Grievance Day, February 17, 1987, be denied Carried. Mayor Zegarelli stated that the lease between Walter & Adele Luberger and the Village of North Tarrytown for the parking lot behind the bank was signed. Trustee Ceconi moved, to confirm action of the Mayor, seconded by Trustee Timmings. Carried. There being no further business to come before the Board, Trustee Timmings moved, seconded by Trustee Williams that the same be duly adjourned. Carried.
