of the Village of North Tarrytown on the above date.

Mayor Gandolfo called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
Mayor Gandolfo read the 1st. Resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED: that, upon the recommendation of the Village
Administrator, Joseph F. Anzovino, of 52 Elm Street, North
Tarrytown, New York, be appointed Bookkeeper at an annual
salary of $21,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that said appointment will be
effective June 22, 1987 and is subject to a six month
performance evaluation.

BOND RESOLUTION, DATED June 9
r 1987, AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF $261,250 SERIAL BONDS AND $13,750 CAPITAL
NOTES OP THE VILLAGE OF NORTH TARRYTOWN, PURSUANT TO THE
LOCAL FINANCE LAW, TO FINANCE THE ACQUISITION OF EQUIPMENT
FOR USE BY THE VILLAGE AND APPROPRIATING THE PROCEEDS TO
SUCH PURPOSE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of North Tarrytown, New York as follows:
Section 1. The Board of Trustees shall issue
its Serial Bonds of the aggregate principal amount of $261,250
and its Capital Notes in the aggregate principal amount
of $13,750 pursuant to the Local Finance Law of New York,
in order to finance specific objects or purposes hereinafter
described.
Section 2. The specific objects or purposes
(hereinafter referred to as "purpose") to be financed by
the issuance of said bonds is the acquisition of (a) two
five yard dump trucks for road maintenance at $73,677' each;
(b) a sewer cleaner at $115,787 and (c) a front end loader
-a-nd back hoe at $13^.280 , and costs incidental thereto.
The proceeds of such bonds and capital notes
are hereby appropriated to such purpose.
Section 3. The Board of Trustees has ascertained
and hereby states that (a) the aggregate estimated maximum
cost of such purpose is $275,000 (the aggregate maximum
cost of each piece of equipment is set out in Section 2
above); (b) no money has heretofore been authorized to
be applied to the payment of the cost of such purpose;
(c) the Board of Trustees plans to finance the purpose
entirely from funds raised by the issuance of obligations
herein authorized.
Section 4. It is hereby determined that the
purpose is an object or purpose described in Subdivision
28 of Paragraph a of Section 11.00 of said Local Finance
Law and that the period of probable usefulness of the purpose
is ten years.
Section 5. It is hereby determined that the
proposed maturity of the obligations authorized by this
resolution will be in excess of five years.

�- 2 Section 6. Subject to the terms and conditions
of this resolution and the Local Finance Law, and pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 30.00, 50.00 to 60.00, inclusive of said Law, the power to authorize bond anticipation
notes in anticipation of the issuance of the Serial Bonds
authorized by this resolution and the renewal of said notes
and the power to prescribe the terms, form and contents
of said Serial Bonds, Capital Notes and said Bond Anticipation
Notes, and the power to sell and deliver said Serial Bonds,
Capital Notes and any Bond Anticipation Notes issued in
anticipation of the issuance of such bonds is hereby delegated
to the Deputy Village Treasurer of said Village. The Deputy
Village Treasurer is hereby authorized to sign any Serial
Bonds and Capital Notes issued pursuant to this resolution
and any Bond Anticipation Notes issued in anticipation
of the issuance of said Serial Bonds, and the Deputy Village
Clerk is hereby authorized to affix the corporate seal
of said Village to any of said Serial Bonds, Capital Notes
or any Bond Anticipation Notes and to attest such seal.
Section 7. When this resolution shall have taken
effect in the manner provided by law, it shall be published
in full by the Deputy Village Clerk of said Village, together
with a notice in substantially the form prescribed by Section
81.00 of said Local Law, and such publication shall be
in "The Daily News", a newspaper having a general circulation
in said Village of North Tarrytown.
Section 8. This resolution is subject to permissive
referendum and shall take effect at the time and in the
manner prescribed by Article IX of the Village Law of New
York.
