A special meeting was held before the Board of Trustees of the
Village of North Tarrytown on the above date.
Deputy Mayor Fudali called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M.
Deputy Mayor Fudali stated that the meetinq was called to pass
a resolution authorizing an increase in water rates and establishing
three tiers. This resolution was tabled at the May 19, 1987 meeting,
pending further discussion. A notice was sent to all residential
and conunercial water customers in the May billing informing them
of the increase.
Trustee Galgano moved, seconded by Trustee Ceconi to adopt the
following resolution:
RESOLVED: That, the following water rates
effective with August, 198 7 billing.

Trustee Ceconi moved, seconded by Trustee Galgano that the
following resolution be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees opposed the
Hudson River Crossing in Tarrytown and North Tarrytown. Carried
Being no furtha*business before the Board the meeting was
adjourned.
