ORGANIZATION MEETING
The Organization Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the V i l l a g e of
North Tarrytown was held on April A, 1988 at 8:00 PM .
Present;

Alex Fudali

Timothy P. Coon

Mayor Gandolfo called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM with the pledge to
the flag.
The newly elected trustees, Sean Treacy, Michael Hyland and Timothy Coon
were sworn into office.
Mayor Gandolfo welcomed the newly elected trustees and stated that she
was looking forward to working with them along with the other trustees
in the upcoming year. She also stated that she felt the upcoming year
should be a productive one.
At this time, the following appointments were made or continued:
Deputy Village Clerk- Mayor Gandolfo stated that Angela Everett continues
as Deputy Village Clerk. Trustee Fine so moved, seconded by Trustee Coon
and carried.
Village Treasurer- Mayor Gandolfo stated that Frank Anzovlno continues as
Village Treasurer. Trustee Fine so moved seconded by Trustee Treacy and
carried.
Registrar- Mayor Gandolfo stated that Filomena Fallacaro continues as
Registrar. Trustee Fudali so moved, seconded by Trustee Conn and
carried.
Village Attorney- Mayor Gandolfo stated that John Hughes, Jr. continues
as Village Attorney. Trustee Caro so moved, seconded by Trustee Treacy and
carried.
Assessor- Mayor Gandolfo stated that Carrie Prezzano continues as Assessor.
Trustee Fudali so moved, seconded by Trustee Coon and carried.
Police Matron - Mayor Gandolfo stated that Josephine Moore continues as
Police Matron. Trustee Fine so moved, seconded by Trustee Treacy and
carried.
Village Historian- Mayor Gandolfo stated that Theodore and Lucille Hutchinson
continue as Village Historians. Trustee Hyland so moved, seconded by
Trustee Caro and carried.
Official Depository of Funds- Mayor Gandolfo stated that the First National

-3Mayor Gandolfo reappointed Jimmy Warren to a five-year term on the
Recreation Commission. Trustee Hyland so moved, seconded by Trustee
Fudali and carried.
Mayor Gandolfo reappointed Rev. Sandy King to the Senior Citizen Commission.
Trustee Fudali so moved, seconded by Trustee Treacy and carried.
Mayor Gandolfo reappointed James McGough to the Technical Service Review
Board for a term of 5 years. Trustee Caro so moved, seconded by Trustee
Treacy and carried.
Mayor Gandolfo reappointed Joe Ruscigno to a two year term and appointed
Philip Keiinig to a two year term on the Tree Commission. Trustee Fudali
so moved, seconded by Trustee Treacy and carried.
Mayor Gandolf appointed James Karr to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a
three year term. Trustee Treacy so moved, seconded by Trustee Fine and
carried.
Mayor Gandolfo stated that at this time she would disband the Name Change
Committee at the request of the Citizens Against the Name Change Committee
to do so at the last meeting. She wished the new society well. They have
changed their name to the Sleepy Hollow Society.
