A Special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on February
15, 1990 to consider two matters.
Present:

Mayor Gandolfo
Deputy Mayor Treacy
Trustee Apollonio
Trustee Cicchetti
Trustee Hyland
William T. Regan, Village Administrator/Clerk
Jonathan Bandler, Gannett Westchester Newspaper
The meeting commenced at 7 PM.
The trustees discussed the appointment of Teri Waivada as the
Village's Coordinator/Consultant for the redevelopment project.
Trustee Cicchetti reported on behalf of the interviewing
committee that four candidates were considered and the committee
members unanimously endorse this appointment.
Mayor Gandolfo noted her support for the appointment and the
satisfaction of the Village with Mrs. Waivada's work on the
E.Q.B.A. grant application for the Greenway Project. The Board
approved the appointment 4-0 on the motion of Trustee Cicchetti
and seconded by Deputy Mayor Treacy.
Mrs. Waivada distributed a time schedule to the Board and
indicated that she will meet next week with Halpern Associates
and then with the Board to discuss the project.
The Board then considered the matter of the complaint of Judge
William Crosbie against Police Officer Frank Hrotko.
Trustee
Hyland made a motion, seconded by Deputy Mayor Treacy, that the
full Board adopt the Police Committee's report which unanimously
rejects Judge Crosbie's complaint.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
Respectfully submitted,
William T. Regan
Village Administrator/Clerk
