Present: Mayor Gandolfo Trustee Hyland Trustee Treacy Trustee Cicchetti Trustee Alter Also Present: William T. Regan, Village Administrator/Clerk John J. Hughes, Jr. Village Attorney Mayor Gandolfo called the meeting to order to certify the results of the election held on March 20, 1990. Trustee Cicchetti moved to accept said certification, seconded by Trustee Alter and motion carried 4-0. The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 7:40 PM. Respectfully submitted, William T.
